The staff were extremely helpful, making sure all our needs were met during our stay. the Twin Room was spacious enough for a comfortable night's rest.

The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations.

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed. Dining was a highlight, with a delightful meal right downstairs, and breakfast boasted a fantastic variety of options. The overall ambiance was warm and homely, making it a perfect spot for relaxation after a busy workday.

We arrived, and the staff were so welcoming. they even parked some bollards for us to keep our spot! We enjoyed our meal right downstairs, it was like walking into a warm hug with a delicious dinner waiting.

we had a fantastic time at the five bells! the staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us out, especially with our cab to the golf course. the food was delicious too, with generous portions. perfect base for exploring deal and the white cliffs of dover!
